FIONA'S FLOWER STUDIO IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WITH OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY.

We are a local, independent florist in the city of Inverness. We offer flowers for all occasions such as gifts, weddings, funerals, corporate events and bespoke tributes to suit all budgets, delivering in and around the Inverness area. We pride ourselves on providing a creative, friendly and personal service with great attention to detail.

FAQS:

1. Can I have a delivery? Can I pick a time? Can I collect in store?

We deliver in and around the Inverness area Monday to Friday. We currently do not offer same day delivery or weekend delivery. Due to high delivery numbers, we can not offer a time slot but we can arrange for a delivery to be made AM or PM if required. We offer in store collection Monday to Friday.

2. Do you sell balloons, chocolates or alcohol?

We are happy to offer chocolates with your flower delivery. We are unable to offer balloons or alcohol.

3. When are you open?

Our studio is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Customers are more than welcome to come in!

4. Do you do weddings and events?

We do! If you would like to discuss this further, please call us in store or fill in the contact form.

5. Can I create my own arrangement?

We are more than happy to create a bespoke arrangement for you! Please call us in store to discuss further. Please note that certain flower types will need to be ordered in so please give as much notice as possible.

6. Where will my order be left if the recipient isn't in?

We will leave your arrangement in a safe place, with a neighbour, return to store or follow instructions given. We can not leave flowers outside in bad weather conditions. Please note that items being redelivered for any reason will only be done so once.

7. Is the arrangment in the image exactly what will be delivered?

Our images used on our online shop are to be used as a guide. We will create as near as possible to what is pictured however some flowers/colours may not be available week to week.
